What to do:

1. Get your set of images together and name them <something>000.jpg, <something>001.jpg etc.
2. Create a new PhotoSyth with these images.
3. Use SythExporter to grab the point-cloud and the camera parameter CSV file.
4. paste the CSV file here, including the header.
5. Create the two files list.txt, and bundle.out from the generated contents.
6. Run Bundle2PMVS on these files, in the same folder as the original images.
7. Run PMVS
